Q. What are the benefits of the Subscription Program?
A. The J.M. Smucker Co. Shop Subscription Program allows you to set up automatic deliveries of eligible products on a schedule convenient for you. Receive a 10% discount off the price of the item you subscribe to at the time of shipment. All orders $25 and over placed on containing a subscription item(s) are eligible for Free Standard Delivery within the contiguous 48 U.S. states.

Q. How does subscribing save me money?
A. You will receive a 10% discount off the regular price of items you subscribe to at the time the item is shipped. In addition, Subscription Program orders that are $25 and over are eligible for free standard shipping.

Q. Does signing up for the Subscription Program lock in the price I will pay?
A. The price for the subscription reflects the price of each item on the day each subscription order is shipped. Therefore, if the price of the item increases or decreases, the amount you are charged will also increase or decrease. Subscription items that are eligible for the 10% discount with retain their 10% discount regardless of item price changes.

Q. When do I pay for my Subscription Program order?
A. You pay for subscription items only at the time they are shipped. For each shipment, we will charge your credit card for the price of the item at the time the shipment is processed, minus the Subscription Program 10% discount, plus any applicable sales tax.

Q. What are your options for delivery schedules?
A. You are able to select a subscription frequency in intervals ranging from every one (1) month through every six (6) months. You select the frequency with which you want to receive new orders, and we will send out the shipments on that schedule automatically. Your subscription installment orders will be processed on the same day of the month each time, based on the date of your first order.

Q. Once I sign up, when will I get my first order?
A. As soon as you complete the checkout process for your subscription order, we will begin processing your first order. All eligible Subscription Program orders $25 and over will ship for free using Standard Delivery within the 48 contiguous U.S. states. Q. What happens after I get my first shipment?
A. We will automatically process your next installment order on the schedule you selected when you placed your Subscription Program order.

Q. How do I update my subscription?
A. You may change the product quantity, frequency, and installment day of month of your subscription as well as the billing and shipping address and payment method at any time online in the My Subscriptions dashboard when you log into your account. Updates will be applied to all future orders associated with the subscription. Changes made do not apply to installments that have already entered the shipping process. If you're unsure whether a shipment is in the process of being sent to you, check the orders listed in the My Subscriptions dashboard in your account and look for the most recent order and shipment date associated with your subscription. Please note that changing your shipping address may affect the amount of sales tax you pay.

Q. Can I upgrade my shipping method?
A. All eligible Subscription Program orders are shipped via Standard Delivery. Visit our Shipping Information page for estimated delivery times. If you require expedited shipping, please contact customer service at 1-800-742-6729 (Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm ET). Extra charges will apply for expedited shipments.

Q. Can I ship my subscription order to multiple addresses?
A. No. The Subscription Program offer is valid on only one shipping address per order.

Q. Can I pay for my subscription as well as other items in the same order?
A. Yes. You can check out with subscription and non-subscription items at the same time.

Q. How do I cancel my subscription?
A. You may cancel your subscription any time, online, 24 hours a day using Manage My Subscriptions through your account. You will only be charged for orders that have shipped.

Q. Can I subscribe to eligible products if I live outside of the contiguous 48 states?
A. For shipments outside the 48 contiguous U.S. states (AK, HI, US Territories) free shipping does not apply. Please call Customer Service to place your order: 1-800-742-6729 (Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm ET). Extra charges will apply for these shipments. For shipping restrictions specific to a product, see the Product Details section of the product detail page. We currently do not offer international shipping.
