Shipping information
We ship via standard shipping via FedEx and USPS anywhere in the Continental USA. Post Office Box, APO and FPO deliveries will ship via USPS. For shipments to AK, HI and US territories, please call our Customer Service Center at 1-800-742-6729, (Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm ET). Orders are shipped Monday-Friday. We regret that we cannot ship to foreign countries.
Standard Shipping
Standard shipping within the Continental USA for all in-stock orders should be received within 3-6 business
days. See map below for estimated shipping times. Large orders may take additional time. Items ordered
together may not necessarily be shipped together. If an item is temporarily out-of-stock, we will give you
an estimated ship date. Allow extra time for APO and FPO deliveries. Signature shipping is available and may
be requested at time of order.
2 Business Day Shipping
2 Business Day shipping within the Continental USA is available for an additional shipping
charge per address (below). 2 Business Day shipping is only available on in-stock items, and
large orders may take additional time*. 2 Business Day shipping is not available for shipments outside the
continental USA, Post Office box deliveries, APO or FPO orders, or for large orders. Orders with 2 Business
Day Shipping placed after 12:30PM EST may take additional time.
Large custom gift box orders may take additional time. Standard Shipping is preferred, though we will get your order shipped as soon as possible. If you need expedited shipping for your gift box order, please call our Customer Service Center at 1-800-742-6729, (Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm ET).
Multiple Ship To Addresses
In order to make gift shopping easier, we can ship your order to multiple addresses. Shipping costs will calculate separately based on shipping address and item weight. Therefore, each shipping address would need over 58.99 to each get free shipping.
